Your role will be to identify and hire the best available talent for some of the most well known companies in the Non IT space.
Desired Profile
6months - 1.5 years experience doing recruitment in IT or Non-IT segment.
We would expect the person to do Sourcing and screening candidates from various recruiting sources, Job Portals, and through own network of contacts.
Should be able to do phone screening and Coordinate the Technical interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
The person should have the desire and ability to think out of the box.
